"We attract over 20,000 guest to our Christmas parties and therefore festive revenue is a vital part of our annual budget. We are always conscious that we get this years party goers to return and at the Royal Armouries Museum we strive to make every party night that bit more special. We cater for up to 1000 guests for buffets and regularly dine 650 guests on Christmas party nights.

Balloons are a key element to providing the atmosphere for a successful party and last December we awarded the exclusive contract for balloon decorations to Jacqui Saxon of the Ultimate Balloon Company. Night after night Jacqui and her team provided that "pixie dust" to make our parties so much more successful and different. The table centre pieces, ceiling features and wall displays were breath- taking. As we lead our guests into the banqueting rooms there were "gasps" and "wows" at how the rooms were presented.
