The Ultimate Balloon Company are proud to be associated with this prestigious occasion. With an event as large as this, seating delegates at the right table is a logistical nightmare that’s why five years ago, Christine Clayton, the show director, approached us for ideas to make finding seats easier. We came up with the idea of having individual table numbers printed on a colour coordinated balloon that could be seen from anywhere in the arena.

Not only do the balloons add colour and atmosphere to the luncheon they also serve a very useful purpose.
